How many years has it been since I’ve been near a university? How many years have I been on the dole now? Oh well, I guess you don’t need to be smart to be a bought-off centrist. I believe employers prefer dull wits that are also obsequious and servile. Don’t be more competent than your manager, especially if they don’t like dealing with root causes of problems because managers can’t look at any problem without a technocratic frame, which is particularly exciting in any context involving teaching and learning. How is this country so braindead, I can’t even begin to figure. Did you know we live in a meritocracy lol
