Organisational enablers who will tell management what they want to hear, not people competent enough in their work to contradict them and tell them ‘no’ when they have no clue what they’re fucking talking about, which is pretty standard. Why bother even teaching when the system rewards mediocrity and organisationally-servicable servility and stupidity. I sure as shit am not motivated to, or to do anything else for that matter. This whole social order is completely fucked in the head, have the participation of those dishonest and shit enough to want to try to make it work to their own particular advantage. It everything the system deserves.
